A block reservation has been made at different hotels close to DTU and these hotels can be booked as part of the registration. In order to confirm a booking, full pre-payment of the entire booking is required by the time of reservation. All prices are per room per night in € and include breakfast, VAT and service charges. If you wish to book extra days or other room categories, please contact reg@meetingplanners.dk

The Meeting Planners is official housing agent for IBPC2021. The conference is not any way connected to any other housing agents. Please decline any contact from housing providers claiming to act on behalf of IBPC2021 or The Meeting Planners.

Reservation of hotel is done in connection to registration of conference attendance.

Cancellation of hotel reservation before May 24th 2021 a fee of € 50 will be charged. After this date no refunds will be made. Cancellation of an existing booking can be made by sending an e-mail to: reg@meetingplanners.dk

Description

Stay in the heart of Lyngby, a charming town just 13 km from Copenhagen. Underground parking is free for guests staying at the hotel and public transportation is just outside the door.

All rooms are at least 34 sqm and many of them overlook the beautiful views of Lyngby and the surrounding parks.

You can borrow bicycles from the reception and use the nearby fitness centre for free.

You cannot get any closer to Lyngby's town centre! Scandic Eremitage is located at the top of Lyngby shopping centre and therefore an abundance of shopping opportunities is only a lift ride away from your room. A few metres from the hotel is the main street Lyngby Hovedgade, which also has a good selection of shops, good restaurants and cosy cafés.

From Lyngby station it is easy to jump on the train and within only 20 minutes you will be in the middle of Copenhagen.
