For those of you, who may still be missing a decision from the paper review process after the early bird deadline, please contact reg@meetingplanners.dk, and we will ensure that you will also get a chance to register at the early bird price.

Hybrid conference
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, IBPC 2021 will be a "hybrid" on-site and online conference. We sincerely hope to see many of you in Denmark in August, and we are looking very much forward to be one of the first (partly) physical conferences in a very long time. At the same time, we will also do our utmost to create a good online experience for those of you who will not be able to attend on-site.

If you are uncertain whether you can attend the on-site conference, we recommend that you register now for the online version to get the benefit of the early bird rate. This can also after May 25 be upgraded to on-site participation at the early bird rate by e-mailing reg@meetingplanners.dk

The programme is taking form
Over the three-day conference approx. 300 scientific papers will be presented. Each day will be organised in four-five tracks with topics that span over all aspects of building physics. Take a look at the preliminary programme where all the topics of sessions are outlined.

Social events and accommodation deals
During the registration process, you can add social events and book accommodation. You can get special accommodation deals in Copenhagen and near the venue if you book via the registration site.
